Posted on Nabil PrusciniTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent Experience!!! I had an absolutely excellent experience at Mundo Antiguo. I arrived with no particular expectations, but the service and teaching I received went far beyond anything I could have imagined. Three weeks ago, I came here without speaking Spanish, and today I leave as someone who can communicate confidently in the language. The teaching approach is both friendly and highly professional, and the teachers themselves are truly outstanding. Not once did I feel bored, every class was engaging, fun, and full of learning. Great job, Mundo Antiguo, and thank you for this unforgettable experience!Posted on Tessa van der MeidenTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really enjoyed my time with Mundo Antiguo. I booked for two weeks and ended up staying for three. I loved that the teachers spoke to you in Spanish from the get-go, how many activities they had after school hours and being able to learn about Peruvian culture from my host families. 10/10 would recommendPosted on Peter ParikkaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a excellent week of learning Spanish with Mundo Antiquo Spanish school! The teaching here is top notch and the afternoon events makes it easy to get to know fellow learners and practise Spanish in the wild! Muchas Gracias a nuestros maestros Heidy y Jimmy!Posted on Fraser OrrTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. So much better than I could have hoped for. Myself and partner did 4hrs a week for 2 weeks in a class of 4 and started from zero experience to feeling confident enough to have a 15 minute chat in Spanish with a local! The teachers we had (Yaki, Sandra and Silvana) were great, it was organised fantastically and there was an unreal social factor that was added by the brilliant Ninoska. 1000000/10 recommend to anyone wanting to survive/work on improving Spanish ahead of travel around South AmericaPosted on P.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Lucinda BarracloughTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. What a wonderful experience - from start to finish I cannot fault it! I was a little sceptical about all the 5* reviews but it really is that good. We studied survival Spanish for 2 weeks here before our trip around South America. All of the teachers are so incredibly friendly, and the school really encourages wider learning and socialising with fun activities every evening. The location is great and Cusco is the perfect place to learn Spanish as there is so much to do while based here for a while. Most importantly, while 2 weeks is nowhere near long enough to study a language, we now feel so much more confident being able to communicate and get around in Spanish. We only wish we could have stayed for much longer!Posted on Mark RiccioTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Sehr tolle und familiäre Schule! Ein super Ort um Spanisch zu lernen oder die Sprache zu verbessern! Die ausserschulischen Aktivitäten, die die Schule plant sind allen zu empfehlen.Posted on Ben NaglerTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Der beste Ort um Spanisch zu lernen! Sehr professionelle Organisation und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Auch das Abendprogramm ist immer super organisiert. Ich würde jedem empfehlen hier mindestens zwei Wochen zu verbringen.Posted on Robert PietersTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a fantastic experience with Mundo Antiguo! Over the course of a week I learned a huge amount thanks to my two excellent teachers, and had a lot of laughs as well. The school is a relaxed and friendly environment, and I enjoyed the range of social events organised throughout the week (salsa dancing, football etc.). The school is perfectly located in the lovely San Blas neighbourhood. While I was studying I stayed in the school’s shared apartment, about a 20 minute walk away in a safe residential neighbourhood; the apartment was clean and cosy and a great way to meet other students. Overall, highly recommended!Load more

They provide good teachers and material. The small classes makes it easier to learn a lot, and the level of Spanish is customized. Additionally, the evening activities with other students from the school are fun and social. It’s easy to get to know other people and have a good time. I would recommend. Pruébalo!!Posted on Cronin C Muncdo Antiguo Should Exist in Every Country I lived for a month in Cusco and took class 5 days a week with Mundo and they made this trip an incredible and special experience. From my first email their team was responsive and attentive to my needs and interests, especially Melissa (Meli). She helped me find a great host family, sign up for all excursions and even find a piano teacher in the city for my time there. The school, and Ninoska particularly, does a fantastic job organizing events every day of the week and the diverse group of students this school attracts makes this not just feel like an immersive Spanish experience but an education and exposure to cultures globally. Somehow they have an ability to only hire teachers who are fantastic. Sandra is energetic, kind and attentive to each of her students needs and gives the kind of homework that keeps you wanting to learn outside of class. Jimmy is a consummate professional who is quick to keep things engaging. Heidi doesn't hesitate to engage each student personally so they can put what they're learning to use quickly. Silvana will have you speaking easily in no time. These are just the teachers I had, but each of my fellow students had great things to say about each one. If you are looking to be immersed in the culture of Peru and learn or improve your Spanish quickly with other curious travelers there is no better place than Mundo Anitguo!Posted on TJ West Wonderful Experience with Munro Antigua! I absolutely loved my Spanish class with Mundo Antiguo! I was only able to do one week of the 4 hour morning class but I feel like The learned a lot during that time. I would recommend spending at least 2 weeks or more, if possible,It’s great that they are accommodating for various different students’ time constraints. It was a wonderful experience, culturally, as well. Class sizes are small and within my class, we had students from 4 different counties: Germany, Switzerland, Australia and U.S.A.Each day we had two teachers: Jimmy and Heidi. I loved them both and found it helpful to have two different perspectives. In addition to classes, there were always fun activities for all the students to participate in almost every evening! This school is very professionally run, fun and I highly recommend it!I hope to return to Peru in the future and will sign up for 4 weeks with Mundo Antiguo when I do!Posted on Amelia M Excellent instruction and welcoming school community! Highly recommend I cannot recommend the school enough. I learned so much in my stay! The classes are very well organized, they placed me at exactly the right level with well matched peers (never more than 4 in a class). The sequence of lessons was very clear and organized, but we could also tell the that the teachers were also making responsive decisions based on our skills and how we were progressing. It was the perfect amount of structure and improvisation. I had Yaki and Vaneza as teachers and they were both incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Also the location is beautiful. The administrative staff are all super welcoming and organized. The extra curricular and cultural activities are really extensive, easy to be a part of and can create a whole complete experience for your stay at the school if you want (and also it's very optional and you still feel welcomed at the school if you just do your classes).Highly recommend this school!!Posted on Trail04306802378 Excellent learning experience in Cusco I enjoy my study in Mundo Antiguo in Jun. The school is located in a good neighborhood. The teachers are good and they will offer a textbook to all levels. In addition, there are fun school activities running everyday and is a great way to meet people in other classes.Posted on Maggie R Incredible community! My time with Mundo Antiguo was fantastic! Not only did we learn Spanish, but we got to participate in cultural events and learn about Cusco on a deeper level! During my time I stayed at a wonderful home stay and volunteered with the Colibrí project! I highly recommend Mundo Antiguo for anyone looking for a deeper travel experience! Plus what a great way to make friends😊Posted on Pauleyboy56 100% positive experience I spent two weeks studying at Mundo Antiguo and am glad I did .I had great Teachers and the school has a really good atmosphere for learning Since leaving there and continuing my travels I am finding that I can communicate much better .Also my home stay was a great experience and gave me alot of opportunities to improve my Spanish .A very positive worthwhile experience..Posted on Mar G Amazing way to learn Spanish! Amazing experience! I did 1 month of classes with the homestays and definitely learned a lot of Spanish! The teachers were fantastic and able to help students learn in small class sizes with good explanations, conversation practice, and games. My homestay families were so sweet and helpful, and cooked delicious meals as well. There were tons of varying activities which were fun and well-planned, they made it easy to meet people and make friends here which was nice! The office staff is also very attentive to any concerns or questions you have with your classes or just needing help with anything in Cusco like banking, event recommendations, etc. I can't recommend this experience enough, it's very rewarding to improve your language skills and you'll learn a lot whether you do a week or months here! Thank you to everyone at Mundo Antiguo :)Posted on Linda W Very good experience!!
