I spent 4 weeks in the Mundo Antiguo school and I had a wonderful time. The school has a great atmopshere and the team is making every effort to give the students a great stay. The teachers are really good and make the lessons a lot of fun with excercices and games. I had my lessons in a group of 2-3 people. When I came I knew little Spanish but after 4 weeks I have made good progress. In the evenings and weekends the school also organises additional activities that you can join of you like such as salsa lessons, joint diners, movie nights and language exchanges with people from Cusco. I also really enjoyed the home stay with the Delia family who took really good care of me and also allowed me to further practice my Spanish. Finally, the agency that organises the weekend trips is also great. I had to change some of my planned trips and there is every day a very kind lady in the school who was super flexible and helped me to rearrange. So Mundo Antiguo is highly recommended!Posted on Google ANIL ÜNLÜTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had 3 weeks of classes there and the family feeling, lessons and all the activities Ninoska was organizing were fantastic. I cried I didn’t have 3 more weeks to be a part of that amazing family. Thanks for everything and keep the hard work going🙏🏼🙏🏼Posted on Google Elisabeth WilliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Google Victoria LingTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had an amazing time at Mundo Antiguo. I had 5 teachers over a month and they were all fantastic. The classes are dynamic, with a good mix of grammar, activities to practice, and interesting discussions about politics and culture. The small group setup really helped me to improve quickly. The school organises a social activity every weekday, which really creates a community feel and greatly enriched my experience in Cusco. Finally I had an excellent homestay with Magali, who was the loveliest and really went above and beyond. I wish I could have spent more time there and I highly recommend the school to anyone!Posted on Google Solene BernierTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I spent a month at Mundo Antiguo taking Spanish classes and living with a host family. My experience in Cusco was amazing thanks to the school- I could not recommend this experience enough! All of the teachers were lovely and very helpful, they created a laid back and fun learning environment that was perfect for improving my Spanish. The admin staff are very communicative and responsive to your questions and needs and the social coordinator Ninoska is amazing!!! Every day she organizes activities for students to get know each other and have a culturally immersive experience in Cusco. She is also happy to help connect you to other events in the city that might align with your interests. My hosts Felcie and Vladimir were beyond welcoming and I had a beautiful stay in their home. Through their recommendations, along with the tour company linked to the school I was able to visit so many stunning places in Cusco, the Sacred Valley and beyond. This was truly such a wonderful way of getting to know a new city, meet lots of great people and explore Peru! Cant wait to be back :)Posted on Google Evey XieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I love the one week experience in learning Spanish ! Mundo Antiguo is like family. It is such a friendly place. It's a small school which allows it to have a real sense of community. There are activities every weeknight to get to know.your fellow students and the activities coordinator, Ninoska, is truly a great person who is incredibly knowledgeable about Cusco's and Peru's history and cultures. As far as classes, they're very small, no more than four students, and the teachers were all wonderful. They can be strict but they all care about your learning. The pace is fast, but it's doable in the small groups. The only thing I wish was better was that it was complete immersion with no English translations. More visuals would be required for this, but otherwise, I can't say enough good things about Mundo Antiguo.Posted on Tripadvisor Claire J Learn Spanish and so much more!! Er worden dagelijks activiteiten georganiseerd. Ik heb heel veel geleerd en leuke mensen ontmoetPosted on Tripadvisor Kata B Genial 3 semanas aprendiendo español We had an amazing 3 weeks in Mundo Antiguo School in Cusco!! It was the best part so far of our gap year to decide to study spanish here. We chose private classes, we had different teachers for the different weeks but every professor was so helpful and nice!! I learned a lot of things, and not to mention the afternoon activities… from salsa class, fruit tasting, language exchange, sport nights everything was on the menu. It was amazing, thank you for Ninoska organising all the activities, thank you for Koen helping with all the accommodation things (we were more students in an apartment, we had our room with my friend, 20 minutes walking from the school) and everyone else who made it happen for us! Thank you❤️❤️❤️Posted on Tripadvisor Seamus L Great place and city to learn Spanish Excellent school if you decide to learn Spanish. Good mix of ages and nationalities. All the teachers were brilliant (I mostly had Miguel and Heidi/Chris) and lots of social gatherings in the evening organised by Ninoska. I learnt alot and also learnt I am not very good at salsa dancing. Also if you are lucky you might get a Bolivia jersey from Jose which i wore for St Patricks day 🍀 Muchas Gracias a todos en Mundo AntiguoLoad more
