Dies ist ein Grund weshalb sie bei uns bleiben und sich immer verbessern wollen. Deshalb hat Mundo Antiguo ein sehr professionelles und erfahrenes Team;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Au\u00dferdem tragen wir etwas zu der wachsenden peruanischen Gesellschaft bei indem wir unsere Steuern zahlen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zuletzt unterst\u00fctzen wir mehrere NGO\u2019s in und um Cusco;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Soziale Verpflichtungen fangen in unserer eigenen Spanisch Sprachschule an. Daher zahlen wir unsere Steuern (was in Peru nicht \u00fcblich ist). Und wir entlohnen unsere Mitarbeiter gut f\u00fcr die Arbeit die sie tun. Unsere freiberuflichen Spanischlehrer verdienen in etwa das dreifache des Mindestgehalts. Indessen viele Leute in Peru nicht einmal dieses erzielen. Zudem erhalten unsere Mitarbeiter mit einem Vollzeitvertrag eine Krankenversicherung und Rente. Au\u00dferdem bieten wir unserem Team ein angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld mit normalen Arbeitszeiten. Dies tr\u00e4gt zu den gro\u00dfen Unterschieden im Einkommen und dem Mangel an M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr viele Leute in Peru bei. Leider ist dies f\u00fcr die Leute in der Region Cusco die allt\u00e4gliche Realit\u00e4t.
